What We Do

We take data files & run “data hygiene” on them. Sometimes our clients provide the data and other times we extract the data from a third party system. We can work with almost any type of data.

First, we run NCOA (National Change of Address) on your file(s). After that, we will update the new addresses and remove all of the undeliverable records, duplicates, incomplete data, companies, and people that have moved more than 100 miles from your business. These are the basic removals & they can be changed along with additional filters that suit your business’ needs.
